Cancellation Policy
I fully understand that rescheduling or cancelling your appointment is necessary sometimes.
To protect my business and help my clients, you receive a 72 hour confirmation text before your appointment to cancel in a timely manner.
I ask for a 24 hour notice for any cancellation. If cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, 50% of the scheduled service is due before rebooking any future appointments.
If you do not show up to your appointment without any prior notice, you will no longer be able to book with me.
